Founded in 2000, the Pasadena Angels is a group of over 100 leading private investors that provide long-term human and financial capital to help build successful companies. The Pasadena Angels invests in early stage companies in a broad range of industries that have the potential to build sustainable and successful businesses.

The Mid-Atlantic Angel Group Funds I & II, LP (MAG I & II) were created to bridge the gap between angel funding and institutional venture capital funding serving the Greater Philadelphia Region. These member-managed funds provide investors with an opportunity for active involvement in diversified venture capital investments throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, New York, and Maryland. The funds seek to leverage various public and private funding resources and networks by providing equity capital to seed and early-stage, technology-based, high-growth companies. Fund members include experienced entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals, institutions, and other accredited investors interested in realizing a high return on invested capital in Regional technology companies and being a key part of Regional growth. Modeled after the best practices of other successful angel funds operating around the country, MAG I & II are the first formally structured angel capital venture funds in the Greater Philadelphia Region and seek to intelligently leverage Regional and statewide funding and other public and private partnership opportunities.

MAG I was formed in January 2005, completed investments in 12 companies and has 89 angel and institutional investors. MAG II was formed in April 2009, completed investments in 14 companies and has 65 angel and institutional investors. Both MAG I and MAG II have completed their funding cycles.

Both MAG I and MAG II have fully deployed all funds at this time and will not be making any new investments.

Cambridge Capital Group offers development funding for early stage technology based companies, primarily in Cambridge, the pre-eminent technology cluster in the UK.
CCG is a private syndicate of international business angels, investment funds and co-investment vehicles: the goal is to support the innovative early-stage technology ventures emanating from Cambridge, London, Oxford and surrounding innovation centres.

We work closely with universities, incubators and other angel networks to source sophisticated deal flow for our members. Deal flow is initially screened by our investment analyst and shortlisted by our team for a screening committee of members; analysis, negotiation and due diligence is a collaborative process where members invest in new opportunities as part of a syndicate.

Members have access to our exclusive deal flow platform and quarterly member-only pitching events. We enable members to syndicate investments with leading business angels and co-investment funds. Members have strong commercial experience ranging from technology entrepreneurs to the City and the professions, owners of substantial private companies and healthcare, engineering and private equity.

As we are not regulated members must self-certify as High Net Worth Individuals or Sophisticated Investors. The group is managed by 2 full-time directors and supported by an investment analyst and events assistant. Deal flow is shared with our international chapter, CCG International.
