Glascock Equipment is started in the back yard of Loren and Janice Glascock in 1976. In 1978, they moved the company to its current location south of Veedersburg, IN on State Road 32.

When Loren and Janice started the company they sold livestock trailers. Over the past 40 years the brands and types of equipment sold has changed. Two companies that Glascock Equipment has been associated with the longest are Gehl Company and General Timber creosote fence posts. The other equipment manufacturers that Glascock Equipment has sold have been chosen to fit the needs of its customers. Several of these manufacturers are family-owned, and have been producing implements for many years.
